NOTE:

-To better accommodate differences in the thermal environment of different mounting methods, INOCT value is passed.
INOCT RANGE: 35 to 70 Defalult: 45
Function of module NOCT and installation, from Sandia Report SAND85-0376:
Rack mount: inoct = noct - 3
Direct mount: inoct = noct +18
1" standoff mount: inoct = noct + 11
3" standoff mount: inoct = noct + 2
6" standoff mount: inoct = noct -1

-Differences by manufacturer or model in power degradation due to temperature may be accommodated with Power degradation value.
Power degradation range: -0.010 to 0.0001 Default:-0.005 (-0.5% per degree C)

Keep in mind that PVWATTS has not been validated for technologies other than crystalline silicon.
